Newbie from New Hampshire

this forum looks like a great place to be- so I'd like to introduce myself... my name is Rebecca ("MissGibbs" actually is my favorite cat who'd need a a little diet planning herself, LOL) and I'm thrilled to have found this community. I shed quite some weight (about 30 pounds) last year by just exercising and cutting meals in half- and now am just trying to keep the pounds off, LOL!

Over the past year I became interested in everything that has to do with nutrition... No need to say that I love the database and the calorie/nutrition counters on myfitnesspal and am looking forward to making new friends out here.
