New to Community part of MFP

Hi All,
I'm on day 76 of using MFP but have been using the app on my iPhone up till now. I didnt even realise there was a communtiy part to the site till my battery died and i logged onto my laptop to update my diary (so totally friend-less)
Im 27 and hoping to lose another 3 stone (42lbs) i feel like i've managed to get the calorie part of losing weight under control but really struggling with increasing my exercise, so looking for people with similar situation / goals for mutual motication?

Hi there, i did the same in regard to the app, and now I love the website too. Add me as a friend if you like, need to lose 12kg myself, been good at excercising but it could be a lot better!
