oh you can have creamy!...Hidden Valley Ranch Fat free only 30 calories for 2 Tablespoons...i actually only use one tablespoon and add a tablespoon of water to it to make it not gloppy so it gets all over the salad...works awesome for 15 calories :0)0

Bolthouse Farms Olive Oil Vinaigrette and Creamy Yogurt types. Lots of choices in both categories.
Ken's Light Dressings has many good ones.
Annie's Naturals are fantastic and claim to be organic.0 -
fat free italian dressing tastes JUST like the original. like seriously you could blind fold yourself and do a taste test and never be able to tell the difference.0

I HATE most light/fat free dressings.......
So I've taken to putting 1 1/2 T ranch into a small container and adding water... 1-3 T.. Try it...
Also I LOVE LOVE LOVE Wholly Guacamole!0 -
I like pretty much any "Newman's Own" dressings (or salsas, pasta sauces, etc, etc)0

Some of the Walden Farms (zero everything) ones aren't too bad, but I usually like making mine better. If you go to eatingwell.com they have plenty of recipies that are pretty healthy. Some of them have more calories than others, but you won't be eating as much processed stuff.0

Olive oil and Balsamic Vinaigrette is the best all natural dressing that I like.
But for store bought and convenience -
I found most of the Newman's Own are good - especially like the light balsamic
or I just found Wish-Bone has a Romano Basil Vinaigrette with EVO
Try to avoid - High Fructose Corn Syrup hidden in the ingredients0 -
A trick I learned (can't remember where) is to have your dressing on the side and dip your fork in it then pick up a bite of salad. You use a lot less dressing and get some flavor in every bite. I do this at restaurants when I want the fatty creamy stuff. As for at home, if you are willing to make your own, fat free yogurt, silken light tofu (Moru Nu), or low fat mayo make good creamy bases.0
