Coffee, Tea, Energy?

hey finals week is almost here and i need caffeine or something to keep me up. whats the healthiest choice or any other equivalent alternatives?

Ive tried my best only to drink water, and i can drink coffee black, but i might get tempted to add some sugar or creamer. teas are good but i dont think they have enough caffeine! help please!

    I'm drinking a coffee right now. 1 sweetener and some milk. it is not too bad. not that good either but it is giving me an energy boost. I have replaced my morning coffee with green tea and i enjoy that. i dont add anything to it.

    I havnt tried it but flavoured soy beverages might be good in coffee.

    stay away from the creamers...too much fake stuff. use the real stuff, milk, half/half or just black.

    don't drink too much of it, or you will also get the crash after. guzzle lots of water too.

    and I'd stay away from the energy drinks - tons of sugar and crap in the sugar free ones.

    I can't give up my coffee or creamer =/ So this is pretty much what my daily morning coffee looks like:

    Starbucks VIA Ready Brew in either Vanilla, Mocha, Columbia, or Caramel
    3 Splenda
    1 tbs creamer (various flavored creamers. Right now I'm obsessed with Vanilla Chai Spice)

    It hasn't hurt =)
