Hello all- just started on Monday and this program is the BEST. I don't have any friends who are currently trying to slim down (lucky ducks) so I'm doing this on my own...wish me luck! It seems pretty user friendly. I could use some new low-carb breakfasts, if anyone has ideas...I usually go with fruit smoothies, but there are so many carbs (and sugars) in the fruits I use. Good luck to everyone! :smile:
