I've been using MFP for about 3 days now and I love it. I think it's so great how friendly and supportive everyone is :happy: I'm hoping to have some great results like everyone here :)

    Welcome from another newbie! I think you will like it. It has helped me to focus. I read your profile and thought it was so cool that you want to get healthy to set a great example for your husband. I think it will work. As he sees you succeed, he will want to try too.
