OK, I have a hard time with sit ups. My bust is 38 DD and I always hurt my neck and shoulders, even though I am doing it correctly. Does anyone have the ab rocker??

No ab rocker here, but my sister has an Ab Lounger & loves it (she's a 38DDD).
From one formerly overflowing 38DDD to another, tell your sister to look into a reduction, in particular if insurance will cover it. Life is so much better as a 34D (even though I was hoping for a B or C after surgery)!!!0 -
Are you doing full sit-ups or crunches??? Crunches should be fine. Sit-ups... I wouldn't recommend doing those until you've got the core strength. If it hurts, don't do it.
As for the ab machines... I honestly see them as a waste of money. But that's me, personally. There's no point in getting a piece of equipment that can do something I can do without it.0 -

My doctor said I can have a reduction aftyer I loose 50 lbs. That way it won't have to be done again for sagging skin caused by weight loss. I am pumping iron honey!!!0 -
