snacking

My issue seems to be Im always hungry and if food is in front of me...Even if its not mine...I just get the urge to have *one* does anyone have any tips to get me to stop taking things!! I just don't have that willpower to overcome it!!

    Maybe you should carry healthy snacks with you so you will have something handy like a protein bar or fruit

    I never feel like I am eating 3 large meals and 2 "snacks". I eat 5 full meals a day....each meal is about 240 ish calories, sometimes more and sometimes less, but it has really helped as far as eating whether I am hungry or not. I was having the same issue!! But eating more actual meals, versus a special k bar or something like that, has really helped!

    thanks guys maybe more meals is better!! i tend to be hungry all the time and just snack constantly although i am still under the calories makes me feel like im eating far to much x
