well im christina, i joined 2 weeks ago and am doing a 1,200 calorie diet, ive had trouble sticking to it , in the sense that my kids keep me hopping and i forget or don't have much time to eat, so i sometimes have trouble hitting the 1200 mark. ive been working out but a few days ago i got a 2nd degree sprain of my ankle, tornado sirens went off and while i carried my oldest child in the cellar my ankle snapped over 2 steps from the bottom and i fell. ive had to take it easy on workout that could make it worse, but today managed to do alot of yardwork. hoping to be back at 100% soon i was 205lbs when i started and am now 195lbs! the major factor in my weight gain was the mirena iuc. i sadly was in a small percent with alot of bad side affects, all my other tries have just fluctuated 10lbs but it wouldn't go down further even with running everyday for near 2 hrs. im getting this demon device removed in june and am excited. this birth control is great for some women but just not right for me, from all the other women affected with it like me the weight came off normally after removal. very optimistic about continuing my plan! my big goal is to get down to 140lbs but i am trying to take it 10lbs at a time!

Feel free to add me :) I am finally healing from a severe ankle sprain with torn tendon. FOr you it really will be about diet control, and hitting that 1200 cal min. Doing it with kids is hard I know! Get your rest now, you will heal quicker and be back at 100% sooner. I did this time (ive injured my left multiple times, first time Ive injured my right) and I wish I would have rested with the others because the normal 8-10 week healing time is shrinking dramatically 3 weeks in and I can start some of my excercise again as long as its low impact. And I did alot of upper body & ab while injured
