Biggest loser meals?

Hello everyone!
This is my first post here but I have read posts for a while. So recently I have been struggling with my weight loss, but I'm back on the right track! I down to 162, as of today! Anyways my question is what is your opinion on the biggest loser replacement shakes and meal bars? The past few days I have been drinking a shake in the morning and a bar for lunch. They have really actually helped the drop a few pounds in the few days I have been using them. Has anyone tried them and what is the opinions on them?

    I'd say it's fine, BUT you need to make sure you're getting all of your cals in. And... it might be a great idea to make sure you're getting whole foods as well like fruits and veggies and so on.

    I'd eat a bar for a snack or something - but not for a full meal.

    I am not using them to replace meals myself BUT I have been using them after I do my workout in the afternoon the bars that is. It keeps me satisfied until dinner.

    Well I eat the bars as a meal because they are meal replacement bars, but that is just what works for me!
