i would not chang anything... i don't think i've had laughing cow cheese since last week and now I only eat it like 2-3 times a month (got sick of it haha) so it surprises me that it is still on there. i will never give up coffee. I don't drink it everyday, just a few times a week and I don't add a lot to it (just fat free creamer and some splenda)0 -

I drink 2 cups of milk and take a calcium vitamin and fish oil pill everydayI eat spinach with lunch everyday. Strawberries are my favorite snack! (#6 is Kirkland Signature Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt...I eat that for snack w/ fruit pretty often)
