    i would not chang anything... i don't think i've had laughing cow cheese since last week and now I only eat it like 2-3 times a month (got sick of it haha) so it surprises me that it is still on there. i will never give up coffee. I don't drink it everyday, just a few times a week and I don't add a lot to it (just fat free creamer and some splenda) :D

    I thought it would be fun, 4 months later, to see what had changed.
    ... And what do you wish was/wasn't on there?

    Mine:

    Coffee with skimmed milk
    Skimmed milk
    My wholemeal cheese scones
    Vanilla Rooibos
    Vegemite

    I hope the coffee's going to slowly slide down the charts so that banana gets a chance to slip in. Not sure how the scones have stayed in there... It's been ages since I last made them!

    How about you?

    Well the coffee's gone and the banana's in there:

    Skimmed milk
    Vitalite Dairy Free Spread
    Vanilla Redbush
    Banana
    McCain's Rustic Oven Chips

    Not really happy with the chips, but they are pretty healthy ones. Number 6 is olive oil :happy:

    How about you?

    * frozen blueberries
    * decaf coffee
    * celery raw
    * carrots raw
    * oatmeal
    * spinach

    The blueberries, coffee, oatmeal are all breakfast foods, and I'm not very creative at breakfast;
    The raw celery and carrots I pack as snacks just about every work day.

    And the spinach, well, I just like spinach, and I eat it a lot!

    4) Panera Bread - French Baguette Side Portion
