Why don't I see my sodium and sugar in my food log?

When I log my food, my sodium and sugar don't even come up!!!!! Just carbs, fat, and protein. Why don't I see everything else?

    You have to go into you diary settings and add it.

    You have to manually adjust your settings to follow those.

    I changed it and then reviewed my logs...

    Seems my sodium is usually low - except for weekends when I indulge - but my sugar is always over!!!! Wow - it's so easy for that to go over! I really only eat fruit for my sugar!!!

    If you are losing then keep the fruit. Thats natural sugar. If its causing you problems then cut back but don't totally cut it out. Fruit is good for you.
