Help on a roller coaster ride of a diet!

Hi all ! Right now Iam up on my weight! keep gaining five pounds and than lose five pounds.HELP! I want to get off the ride! Any suggestions?

    There is a variety of reasons that could do that to you, but in order to get off of it - one great way is to follow the Food diary every day - I found it to help me IMMENSELY and also learned I was eating more than I thought...

    Just a thought - Also - add more protein to your diet as well - it keeps you full and keeps you from getting hungry :)

    try taking a water pill every 3 days, it helps to drain out all that extra fluid thats in ya...i take one or two every few days and it helps.....that flucuation can be ur water weight. But of you are serious about losing it and keeping it off, really go hardcore on 1200 calories a day and some sort of exercise for at least 45 minutes. I have lost 19lbs since May 5th!
