I have a picture of Nellie Olson as my profile picture. I have named my inner brat "Nellie". My inner brat usually wins when it comes to eating sweets , fries and other unhealthy foods. Nellie has not won in 15 days, I HAVE. When I get to 230 lbs, which is my first weight loss goal, I will change my profile picture. My next goal will then be to get into the ones. I need encouragement, and support. and I will be a friend and do the same.
