Great topic I know, but I want to put it out there as I dont know if anyone else has had this problem? Since Ive started on my diet, eating 1200 cals per day and exercising every day (which i didnt do before) I cant seem to 'go' to the toilet everyday like I had been. Im drinking water, eating a balanced diet.. Im not sure what is wrong :-/

Loads of people have this problem, myself included! I think even if you have a very healthy diet, just the fact there's less volume than you're used too slows down its transit through the body.
Lentils, apples and a strong cup of tea do the job for me. Or a nice glass of red in the evening. Not all together!0 -
How much fibre are you getting though?
I aim for 25-30 gms a day.0 -
Don't worry, you're not alone.
I'm focussing on having a lot of fibre at the moment because I don't think I was having enough, and obviously, fibre helps with this problem!
If this doesn't work I'm going to try sennakot to see if that helps.0 -
30g of prunes with your breakfast (every other day or so) - works wonders, trust me!0
