OMG - NSV

So over the past few weeks I really feel like I have battled with some binging, the scale not moving and not really being motivated. Well then I got my butt back to gym and I really have been rocking it lately... Well I started loosing weight again it has been awsome. Since we are going to the beach on June 1st I decided to try on some shorts that I had to get a head start on packing. Well I had picked up all the shorts that I wore last year and absolutly NONE of them fit me AT ALL.... I was excited. So I went into our extra bed room and got out a bunch of shorts that I had worn when I was in high school and college... and they fit. When I was going through them I figured out that they were a size 6 and 7 :-) I was so excited.

While I had on one pair, my partner came in and said "damn - those look good. I hope you are taking them on vacation " I am so glad that I started on this journey... and as soon as I can, I am going to post before and after pics.

That's awesome, congrats!! I've started wearing shorts... I used to hate my legs, but now after so much cardio and lifting shorts are ALL I wear. Hooray for us!
