exercise comparisons

in your guys opinions would it be better for me to alternate turbo jam cardio party and turbo sculpt (5 days a week) or do 30 day shred (5 days a week) for 6 weeks? i feel like if i alternate the turbo jams i would burn more calories, but i've heard a lot of good things about 30 day shred. idk what would be better for me. what do you guys think?

Can you possibly alternate. I think the turbo jam is more of a cardio where as the 30 day Shred is really about toning up.0

Honestly I would say whichever one you can stick with and enjoy doing. I know it sounds funny but if you get bored and don't like something it makes it torture...:sad: Good luck with whatever you choose! :flowerforyou:0

I think alternating is great.
Go for what your body tells you!
For example, if you really feel sore after JIllian's shred then you really should not push sore muscles (because of possible injuries) so you could go for Turbo Jam.
Tones up a body good !!
