My name is Valerie and I have decided a while ago that it was time to make some realistic changes in my life...today I am putting them into action. We recently bought an elliptical machine...we actually used it for a few weeks...and for the last 3 months...it has been a dust magnet. Today I vow to myself that I am going to dust it off and use it for the purpose that it was intended...to help me get this weight off....I look forward to becoming a healthier me using myfitnesspal....any and all suggestions are welcome...
