A question about Juice

I just decided to purchase a new juicer. I was horrified when reading my son's "all natural" juice label and there was a ton of words that I wasn't sure what in the heck that they are. But how do you figure out the nutritional information (calories, carbs, ect.) when you are making homemade juice? Even a point in the right direction would be wonderful
Thank you!

Look online for calorie counts in homemade juice and log it from there. You can add it to MFP if it's not already in there.0

I think many fruits and vegetables have a "juice" option in the database here. I know that I use lemon juice a lot, and there is a "home prepared" lemon juice option. A little digging through the database might help you out. Good for you for making your own juice! Remember to dilute it a bit with water, it won't change the taste or nutritional value much except it will help you get rid of some sugar at each serving. Juice is delicious and healthy, but in moderation of course because of all the sugar.0
