Is my body adjusting to TurboFire ?

I feel like my calories burned with TurboFire have gone down-only by about 25-50 calories a day. I believe this is because my heart rate isn't staying as high as usual even though I'm pushing just as hard. The only thing I've changed is that I've started working out in the morning vs. in the afternoon.
Is my body just getting use to TurboFire? I am on day 1 week 11 tomorrow then starting the advanced DVDs after week 12.
Thanks in advance! Hope everyone is having a great day

It could be the change in time you are doing it, or it could be that your body is becoming more efficient at doing those exercises. I would think it would have happened before week 11 if it was the adjusting though. Just my thoughts.0

Your body does get accustomed to exercises. You should see a difference when you get to the advanced dvd's.0

You're probably conditioned to the workouts. I wouldn't worry about it if you're only below by 25 or 50 calories. That's still pretty close. Your body is probably getting used to the type of exercise that you're doing. Time of day always effects my burns as well.0

Do you wear a HRM? If so it may need adjusting. I agree with Hernandezedw, I bet you'll see a change after you get to the advanced DVD's0

It is a sign of improved cardiovascular fitness. As your heart gets into better shape it takes longer for it to get to a higher # of beats per minute. It's is harder to stay at that higher level and you recovery faster. Just have to kick things up a notch to get to the same high high rate as before.
Take as a sign your hard work is paying off!!!0 -
Thanks everyone ! I think it may be the HIITs they are kicking my booty into shape I also updated my weight on my HRM thanks a bunch!0

I believe you will see the change once you get to the advanced dvd's. I'm on week 15 now and it seems just as you get acclimated it changes. I'll be doing the HIIT's pretty regular from here on out. I have also incorporated Chalean Extreme in the evenings.0

Well, as you drop weight - you burn less calories too. If you know your VO2 Max - when that goes up, you burn more. You can find ways to add extra umph to the turbo fire workouts - kick higher, punch harder, jump higher. Good stuff.0
