Need help with my vitamin intake. :)

I worry that because I am a fussy eater I won't get the adequate vitamins and minerals I need. Therefore, I take supplements.
The problem is, I have no idea if I am taking the right amount. I could be taking too many vitamins.

I very much need help. :) If you know about vitamin supplements, please take a look at my food diary where I have all that I take daily listed. Let me know if what I take is alright.

*I do take a Weight Smart Multi-Vitamin as well as all these.

    wow - you take a ton....why not just have a multivitamin.....

    I am a vegetarian so my doctor told me I would need extra Iron, B12 and Calcium supplements (I don't drink milk much either). I take Women's One A Day multi-vitamins. They have a lot of nutrients in them and you won't be taking too many!

    What do you think about the One A Day Weight Smart one? I went to get a multi-vitamin and had a hard time trying to decide between the two kinds. I went with Weigh Smart. Not sure if I made the right choice?

    yay!!!!! i chose the woman's one a day because it has a lot of good stuff in there plus the biotin you seek ;)
