Food for runners

Hey! I would like to know some foods that are good for someone who runs regularly and wants to build some muscle? :)

    I recommend the Runner's World website, they have a section on food that is informative and accurate!
    (I also recommend a smoothie made with tofu and fruit after a run...mmm, tasty! *smile* )

    one word.... PROTEIN. make it the largest part of your daily diet... I'm on the 50%p/30%c/20%f plan... loosing nicely building muscle & feeling amazing...
