hey everyone, lately ive been trying to increase my exercises. i never seem to feel the burn that i know i should. My question is would a heart rate monitor help? i dont want to spend too much money on one, but i feel it would be a good investment. i am looking at this timex HRM, anyone use this model?

I have a polar, and it changed my life. Now that I know my zones, I am able to alternate between the three, and gain endurance. i rode 15 miles last week and burned 1100 calories. Never in a million years would I have guessed it would have been that much. I spent $150 on mine, and I consider that a bargain. It's paid for itself 10 times over. Good luck!!!0
