    Quinoa!


    Beans & Legumes
    Nuts & seeds
    Soy (edamame in the pod), soy nuts (roasted, unsalted)
    eggs
    quinoa (as suggested above)

    Maybe I start playing around with soy. But it doesn't taste good if no salt is added :frown:

    I see your point, but honestly I've never had to add salt when preparing tofu or other soy products. :) I think that's one thing you may need to kick first, the need for salt to add flavor. Try using spices and herbs instead to kick up the flavors! =)
