Maybe I start playing around with soy. But it doesn't taste good if no salt is added :frown:
I see your point, but honestly I've never had to add salt when preparing tofu or other soy products.I think that's one thing you may need to kick first, the need for salt to add flavor. Try using spices and herbs instead to kick up the flavors!
