I'm not sure if I should continue at 1200 calories. I'm not going up, but I'm barely going down either. Everyother wesite I've checked, says I need approx 1400-1500 calories. When I was on weight watchers, I was losing faster then this. I was losing atleast a pound to 2lbs a week. And when I had my personal trainer, he told me I had to eat 1500 calories to maintain, so I dont know what to do! Help please!!

I don't really feel like i am losing very fast either. And some days I really do feel a little more hungry than others. Maybe those are the days I am more active than I realize, but I'll be interested in what others have to say about calorie intake too0

I had been eating 1200 calories for 6 weeks and didn't lose anything. Last week I raised my limit to 1450 and lost 2 lbs this week with nothing else changed. Kept my workouts the same.0

I just changed my goals and put mine at 1500/day. Still want to do at least 3 workouts a week and see how things go. Good luck deciding!0
