Hi everyone!
My name is Lynsey, 22 years old, and I am new to MFP. Recently I've found myself being rather upset with my self image and I come to realize that it's time to make a change. I have signed up for a gym, personal training, and have been very good at counting my calorie intake so far! I feel like I will be even more motivated if I have someone to check in with (along with my trainer) who is going through the same thing I am. During the day I work as a secretary, so majority of my day I am sitting (I have gained over 20 lbs working this job!). My current weight is about 205 and my goal weight is about 160. To be honest, I really like being more curvey, but I know where I am at is not good for my health and I'm not a fan of how I've been looking in recent photos.
