So I was walking to one of the buildings I take care of for my job and my shoe came untied. Without thinking I bent over and tied it. Doesn't sound all that special until I realized I couldn't do that 2 months ago.

Not that a big of a deal I suppose but it made my day.

    That's amazing! I always took that stuff for granted until I got to my heaviest and stuff like that wasn't as easy as it used to be. Congrats - keep up the good work and good luck on your journey to health!

    Thanks for all the kind words. It's really nice that my shoelaces arent always tied with the knots on the sides if you know what I mean.
