    There is a 3 day one from Beachbody. Let me know if you want any info about it!! The shakes taste really good.

    Dr natura's Colonade has helped me out before. It takes 2 weeks, but it's just a shake-like drink in the AM and a tea in the PM. I did have some abdominal cramping towards the end, but it worked and fit in with my lifestyle.

    I usually do the three day cleanse when I finish a round of P90X. I like that it really helps clear the system of sodium especially.
