Blueberry Cheesecake snacks...

Mix together equal parts ricotta cheese and jam (I use Polaner All Fruit Blueberry With Fiber) and spread on a graham cracker. Tastes just like a cheesecake topped with fruit.

    I will try that!!! I mix it with cocoa (preferrably dark) and a little sweetner and make a chocolate snack some times. It is amazing what you can do with ricotta!

    Oooh, thanks! I bought some ricotta cheese for another recipe but had no idea what to use the rest of it in. I may have to try this out! :)
