hi all!
short summary: I will be 37 in sept. had my fourth baby a year ago during which my thyroid puked out on me. I have been a stay at home mom for last year as two of my children are one and three. it has taken till last month to.get my thyroid med right and in process gained thirty pounds! now weight
gain stopped but up to me to lose all that now! I weigh what I did at nine months. pregnant. started doing ea active two and yoga at home have lost seven pounds in last month. I eat well so that s not the issue, as long as thyroid meds ok not worried about gaining. but thirty pounds? it was so frstrating gaining like that. and anyone who has a thyroid problem knows some days you could sleep all day. hoping to stay motivated working out is hard! having a lot of problems with calves hurting bad. guessing from hi heels shortening muscles. any advice?

I have thyroid problem as well, I think it's Hyperthyroid. Anyway, I don't go to conventional doctors anymore and I have a trustworthy chiropractor that gives me herb drops and that's how my thyroid got under control. I understand how you feel; sleeping all day, no enegy, no motivation, etc etc...for the longest time we couldn't figure out what was wrong, and now I am pre-menapouse, so I am taking herb drops for that as well. It will help if you google about thyroid and find out what food is good to eat and avoid. I have a friend who used to make a drink mix of olive oil and lemon and something to get the thyroid under control. If you are interested, i will find out for you.
