Count me in. Been trying to do 4 miles 3 or 4 times a week anyway. Nice to have others doing the same. Keep us posted on your progress!! :-)0

That's great! I've begun a walking program too and do a mile during my lunch hour and 2 miles in the evening. It has "kicked" my metabolism at a time when I had hit a plateau. Good luck with your fitness challenge.0

I'm definitely in, keep setting myself goals like this but never stick to them. Hopefully some accountability on here will help motivate me :-)0

Currently walking 3-4 miles 5X days a week and kayaking on the lake 3 miles a day on any day it's not raining...Happy to join in with you!
