My MWF Workout, Any suggestions

Monday Wednesday and Friday are my bicep and back days as well as legs.
I start out each gym visit with 5 minutes on the bike to loosen up, then I stretch and then it’s down to business.
Barbell Curls 3x10
Lat Pull Downs 3x10
Leg Press 3x10
Dumbbell Hammer Curls 3x10
Seated Rows 3X10
Leg Extension 3x10
Dumbbell Curls (preacher bench) 3x10
Reverse Fly 3x10
Leg Curls 3x10
Incline Dumbbell Curls 3x10
For each exercise beside the db curls on the preacher bench I am increasing my weight every set.
I don’t really do anything to cool down.
I drink my protein shake and I go home.
Any suggestions or comments or criticisms of this routine would be appreciated
