Low Calorie Vegetarian/Vegan Recipes ???

Hey guys,
Up until I started my diet I pretty much survived by eating pizza and pasta. Well, that got me up to 189 lbs and before long, I decided I needed a change. I have been a vegetarian for 12 years but I obviously haven't been replacing my meats with the right choices. I do take multi-vitamins and B12 daily, so the nutrients in the recipes aren't TOO much of a concern. I am basically looking for anything that is low calorie (meals under 300 or so?) or even cookbooks you would recommend for vegetarians (I will eat vegan meals too). I want to continue losing weight, but I know that once I reach my goal, I will have to eat properly, and the best way to do it is to plan meals now!
