I'm new (again)

I've always been overweight.. always. My freshman year of college I managed to lose about 80 lbs, finally leaving me at a healthy 135. Well, we all know what college eventually does to you. I lost motivation/time to worry about what I was eating and whether or not I was exercising enough...I gained it all back.

A little over a year ago, I managed to lose about 30 lbs of that. Finally, feeling better about myself, and knowing that I CAN get back down to that 135 (hey, it's 'my number'). Again, though...motivation has slowed. I've been gaining and losing the same 10 pounds for the last year... it's time to lose that last 60 for good.

I've joined myfitnesspal before, and was impressed with the motivation it gave me. Eventually though, I figured that I could "do it on my own"...I was wrong. So, here I am..knowing that I need to stick with it to get the results that I want.



Sooo..be my "friend", my motivation. && I'll be yours :)
