Peace Everybody,

I'll be going by the handle  2nyce (too nice) on this site. I'm 28 and I really do enjoy physical activity. I have recently been blessed enough to jump the broom with super loving  wife:heart: about 2 months ago. We have been loving life together and having all sorts of fun.

Unfortunately, In the fun and stress prior to the wedding I have slipped out of the shape I was once in by indulging heavily and sweets , alcoholic beverages:drinker: , and binges on spaghetti sausage my personal favorite it's especially hard when your wife makes the best kind in the world.

Ive struggled with weight a lot of my life. Last year I did Jillian Michael's online fitness plan and was able to go from 230 to 185. I totally felt a change in my energy level and enthusiasm toward exercising and eating healthy. I felt really good in a real organic kind of way when I finished Jillian's program my goal would be to get back to that level of health. When I went to my martial arts class I had energy for days an awesome feeling.

I felt really good emotionally after we got back from our honeymoon but my weight was back at 210 and upon my return to martial arts I really struggled. Though it felt frustrating to be back at the beginning I kind of see how I want be mindful of what I'm eating and keeping up my fitness.

I feel like I need to wok on my portion control so if anyone has any tidbits, please share. I have been doing martial arts for the past 3 years so my plan is to continue practice in and out of class about 2-4 days a week in addition to hitting p90x classic version as scheduled, isn't Tony Horton amazingly entertaining:smile: .

My goal weight is to get to 190 ultimately, but for the up coming weeks until July 1, 2011 I'm shooting for 198. I would appreciate to having more supports from the myfitnesspal community and enjoy being a support to other folks as well. Feel free to friend me if you want to talk about health and fitness or challenges to them.
