Howdy, y'all!
New here, obviously. I have a question for you all.... how accurate is that statement at the bottom of the screen when you finalize your daily calories. It states "If every day were today, you would weigh ### in ### weeks." It seems almost unbelievable to me..but part of me wants to put that to the test too.
So, what do y'all think?

It's never been accurate for me. But it is motivating.0

It's a load of crap and I ignore it!!! ) If it were true, I would be 140 four weeks ago and I'm still stuck at 147.0

That's good to know because I've been thinking the same thing! Very encouraging/motivating...:)0

I don't know because I've never tested it. But to test it, you would have to do the exact calories and exercise daily, so that your day would be an exact replica every day. If you can burn the exact amount and eat the exact amount for 5 weeks straight, let us know if it works. lol
Glad you are here though0
