I swear I have an abusive relationship with my body. It's honestly all or nothing for me when it comes to exercise.
When I'm being lazy (and hence getting fatter) I do nothing... I'll even find excuses not to walk the mile to town, but when I decide to get in shape, I can't stop myself from doing just a little bit more exercise. What is wrong with me?!

I feel the exact same way. On the wagon, off the wagon...all or nothing. I've been focusing now on the diet portion of the equation and waiting on the exercise hoping to incorporate it a little slower.0
