Professional dieter...new to myfitnesspal...Hello!

Hello,
I am a professional dieter- I have atkined, south beached, scarsdaled, weightwatched, I could go on...
I am loving myfitnesspal, thanks to my new droid app...I am enjoying food that I like and in moderation.
The whole handy dandy in my pocket joy of it all has me unbelievably motivated and working out 4-5 times a week with my work out buddies or not...I am generally squeezing in a private work out in the am and an evening work out with "the girls" when I can...and then I burn double the calories! Wahoo...heres the sad part...I am not budging I have been stuck on the same number for over 2 months now...I have created a deficit, I am drinking my water, I am not lying to to myself on myfitnesspal...I am starting to worry. Though I will say things are starting to fit better!

    How many calories do you eat a day and do you eat your exercise calories?
