I bought some 1.5 lb arm weights to walk with (3 lbs total). How should I log them in my exercise journal, since I'm sure fatburn will increase a little? Thanks!

When I run with weights, I just up my weight by the amount of the weights on the treadmill. Im sure it isnt 100% accurate, but unless you have a hrm- nothing really is. Good luck!0

Unfortunately I don't walk on a treadmill so I can't do it this way. :ohwell:0 -
Im not sure how you want to log the extra weights but you can log it under Strength Training. Do some are curls or other exercise with the weights to make the most of it. You can log the lbs and reps/ sets.0
