Candy at work

I get so tired and depressed at work and it seems like everyone has snickrrs and gummy bears in their desk. I at about 400 cals of sugary drinks and sweets today. Feel so crummy. Quick snacks are my total weakness. Help, ideas, support?

    get some almonds and some gum! Take a b-12 complex that helps with energy and the blah feeling :)

    Good idea with the b-12, I can't chew gum though because of a jaw problem. Thanks for replying guys I needed some love lol

    I snack ALL day. I am never with out some kind of healthy snack open. It doesn't completely keep me from eating the sweets, but I don't eat as much of them anymore. I have dry cereal in baggies, some individually packaged snacks 100-200 calories each, etc. My goal as I'm shopping is to find things with as many pieces as possible, so it takes me longer to eat it. Almost all my calories from the day come from healthy snacks.
