Hy guys, so my diary for today is fine. But i am pre-logging for tomorrow and I can't seem to get to 1600 calories or more for the day. And anytime I do, i go over my daily carb goal. Now i know, when you look at the two bowls of cereal for the day you're like, "take out the whole meal with cereal and add some real food." NO, i have been eating like this for soo long and it works for me and I enjoy having that little treat at the end of my day so suggest something else! So please if you could provide me with some help, I would greatly appriciate it.

*** NOTE I AM NOT TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT ANYMORE!! I AM JUST TRYING TO SLOWLY MOVE UP MY CALORIC INTAKE DAY BY DAY.

umm, some different proteins? Looks like you are staying away from dairy (lactose intolerant?) If you weren't I would suggest a low-fat cottage cheese. Also not seeing meat proteins... vegetarian diet? I would suggest a lean fish or something of that nature to up your proteins some.
Do you have dietary restrictions you are trying to stay within?

Are you vegetarian/vegan?? You need a TON more protein - eggs, cheese, beans, chicken, fish, and nice juicy steak??

You should have protein with every meal to help repair and build your muscles? If you can't eat it, get the liquid form.

    Good luck

    Oh, and nuts!!!!

I am lactose intoleerant to an extent. i can't eat a much of it or i get sick. and i don't know what kinda protein to add i only eat like steak or turkey or something. If I were to add some thuman's turkey breast to my salad (only kind I eat), my sodium would spike through the roof. Also, I strongly dislike fish.. lol bad incident when i was a kid hahaahaha.

Turkey burger or maybe some salmon? Those are both really good for you and very filling.

I am not a vegan/vegetaian. I really only eat steak and some chicken. but I had chicken and steak today so I don't wanna repeat the next day. i hate doing that lol and if I have to, then I will add some blue diamond all natural almonds

OK, how about adding some unsalted sunflower seeds to your salad? Or even alone as a snack ... No carbs, 1 g sodium for 30g of seeds. 7 g of protein.

Maybe even try adding a protein shake (drink) to up your protein intake. I like Protein+ brand, it's pretty good.. I just add water and stirr. You like eggs? Maybe add to your salad. =)

I love the eggs idea. I think I may try some eggs for breakfast instead of having them in the salad. And I also have myoplex shakes in my house so i could try that. thanks!

3/4 cup of fat free greek yogurt has 18g of protein..at least the brand I eat. Mix it with a few blueberries or strawberries, and you keep the carbs down while cranking up the protein.
