which do i log it for?

the jillian michaels no more trouble zones dvd its a strength training dvd but done it circuits. so when i log it in, do i put it as circuit training or do i log it in as strength training???? lil help, and thanks in advance!!!

  • if you are using actual weights i would put it under strength training, but if you are just using your own body weight i would put it under circuit training.
  • Good question! I put it in as circut training, but I'm not sure.

    well it requires weights but i use 3 lb weights....sooo does that count?? lol i dont think it does.....
