Fat Intake

lan on eating pizza tonight. I will be staying under my calories but my Fat will be higher. Will this affect my weight los for the week too much? My weigh in is tomorrow.

    The fat wont, but the sodium MIGHT. I always put a papertoweling over ontop of my pizza to soak up the grease. I figure I am saving several grams of fat that way.
