new work out schedule advice please

I have been working on a schedule for my work outs
what do you all think? to much? any modifications
you think i should make? Thanks!

Mon-wed-fri am brisk 1/2 mile walk (from my office to little corner store for ice)
lunch c25k
evening 30 ds

Tues and thur am walk
lunch c25k
evening zumba

sat weight training 1/2 hr

sun weight training 1/2hr
afternoon zumba

    If you're a new runner, I would suggest running on MWF, but not on T/TH. If your body is already accustomed to running 5 days a week, then go for it!

    Also, make sure to give your body enough time to rest and repair.

    C25K is a three workout a week program... I think that Mon, Wed, and Fri are good running days if you are doing it on lunch. Otherwise Tue, Thurs, and Sat/Sun would work for you too :bigsmile:

    Ok 3 days for c25k, I hope im not over extending :smile:
    Im just really into this and want to do as much as possible
    but dont want to set myself up to fail

    It's great that you are so motivated! Just make sure that you don't burn yourself out, and don't beat yourself up if you miss a workout. Scheduling something for every day of the week can be dangerous just because things tend to come up that can make you miss a work out. Scheduling your workouts is a great way to get on track, just make sure to leave some flexibility in case things don't go as planned.
