If you're a new runner, I would suggest running on MWF, but not on T/TH. If your body is already accustomed to running 5 days a week, then go for it!
Also, make sure to give your body enough time to rest and repair.0 -
C25K is a three workout a week program... I think that Mon, Wed, and Fri are good running days if you are doing it on lunch. Otherwise Tue, Thurs, and Sat/Sun would work for you too :bigsmile:0

Ok 3 days for c25k, I hope im not over extending
Im just really into this and want to do as much as possible
but dont want to set myself up to fail0 -
It's great that you are so motivated! Just make sure that you don't burn yourself out, and don't beat yourself up if you miss a workout. Scheduling something for every day of the week can be dangerous just because things tend to come up that can make you miss a work out. Scheduling your workouts is a great way to get on track, just make sure to leave some flexibility in case things don't go as planned.
Good luck!0 -
amazing! keep it up!0
