Are you getting the fuel your body needs?

I have been seeing too many times 100 cal packs, sandwich thins, these so called "diet" products. People these things are okay in moderation, but it almost seems like you are just eating to get calories in and forgetting what your body actually needs.

Did you know if you are deficient in something most likely if you eat more leafy greens you will be good. Leafy greens have so much good for you.

Are we missing out on fruits and vegetables? Are we getting healthy sources of calcium? Are you taking supplements, because your diet is causing you not to get them from your food? This is where you should be getting these things. Not that vitamins are bad.

Please people, if you need nutrition help get it. You have already made a right step by being here!! Great job to you all. However, I am not saying I am perfect by any means, but let me help if you have questions. If you don't want my help find someone who knows this stuff.

Don't let your body down, get it the fuel it needs!!

    Agreed. I know I neglect fruits and veggies a lot. It is hard to eat them before spoiling. I think I need to start making trips to the store for produce every few days.
