Hey everyone!! I hope y'all did better than I did this week, I did a horrible, horrible, horrible job. Not making excuses, I know why it was so bad, and now I have to step it up for week 3!!!!

WEEKLY CHALLENGE!!!

Travel a total of 22 miles!!! Progression is key! :happy:

If you attempted the 20/20/40 challenge last week, you can opt to up it to a 50/80/100 (50 push-ups, 80 sit-ups, 100 walking lunges or squats--whichever you prefer) AT LEAST 3 out of 7 days.

Good luck ladies, and keep it up! I fell off the wagon completely this week and will have to make up for some definite lost ground-- but I will post my stats in the morning!

    I'll post it tomorrow, when I weigh in! I'm definitely looking forward to it, as I already weighed yesterday evening and I lost something! :-)

    Calories burned since last week: 4,082 -well over my 3,500 goal!
    Nutrition goal met?? Yes-since I had to revise it! :laugh: This week increased my calories.
    How many miles did you travel this past week: 28.36! That surprised me!

    NEW GOALS for the week of 5/27 through 6/3:
    Calorie burn goal: 3,500
    Weight loss goal: 5 lbs
    Nutrition goal: Less than 1,600 for most days

    WEEKLY CHALLENGE!!!

    I will travel a total of 22 miles AND do a 50/80/100/100 (50 push-ups, 80 sit-ups, 100 walking lunges and 100 squats) AT LEAST 3 out of 7 days.

    My Thoughts: Last week I ate more than the 1,440 calories daily that MFP had for me (I averaged 1,765/day). I felt bad BUT I had the energy to work out. Prior to last week, I never worked out more than hour UNLESS it was a class. I believe I lost more weight this week because I had a continuous burn for over 30 minutes on most days due the fact that I wasn't weak or hungry. This week I'll increase my daily caloric intake to 1,600 calories. We'll see what that does! Also, I did both challenges last week. I'm trying to do more since I'm in a local 12-week weight loss challenge here in Oklahoma City.

    Nutrition goal: To cut back on my SODIUM. Its my TOM so I'm holding onto water weight (And yes, I know this because Sunday I weighed in at 161.2lbs..) Hopefully next week I'll have a big loss!

    I will be traveling at least 22 miles and taking on the 50/80/100 but doing it 5 times instead of 3.


    I had a HORRIBLE week, my first TOM in almost 3 years since having my IUD removed in mid April, I had forgotten how awful it is to be a girl.. SO I didn't move for like 4 days straight!! hah!! Ohh goodness, time to get back in gear this week! Good luck to all of you!!

    Nutrition goal met?? Close, but not quite. It's the end of the school-year, and I was too tempted by food days and department lunches. Have to do better next week!

    Nutrition goal met?? was ok for 4 out of 7 days, the other 3 days I was a little over!

    Nutrition goal met: Kept at 1200 for 5/7 days and pigged out majorly on the other two (not a good look)
    How many miles did you travel this past week: 26km (about 16 miles)

    NEW GOALS for the week of 5/27 through 6/03:
    Calorie burn goal: 2000
    Weight loss goal: 1lb
    Nutrition goal: Try two new veggies, stay at 1200calsl for 5/7 days

    Challenges: 50/80/100 (50 lunges & 50 squats) + 22 miles (hopefully, although i think i'm getting shin splints)

    How is everyone doing this week??? With the holiday weekend in there??
    I haven't done too bad this week, I'll have to work out like crazy these next few days to meet my goals though!

    Nutrition goal: PROTEIN! I just bought myself a protein shake so I think I'll be doing better.
