Wii Zumba

Has anyone tried the Wii zumba dance? I sweat like crazy....... googled the calories burned and it says 200-250 in 30 minutes, It feels like way more to me but what ever it burns it is an awesome workout

    seems about right. Per my Polar HRM I burn about 600-700 in the hour long intermediate courses: -) Love Wii Zumba!

    I have it for the MOVE on ps3... It is sooooo awesome! I sweat like crazy and I was telling my sister the same thing! I have the EA Active 2 with a HRM and it says I burn 300 so how in the world is the Zumba only burning 200. I feel like zumba is a much better cardio workout =)

    You can buy Zumba Dance for the Wii as a game/workout....... awesome. I am saving up for a HRM so as of this time I am just going by the MFP calories burned and as I said I googled the Zumba for calories burned. Hopefully soon I will have enough to buy one!!!
