Hi there,
I joined around March/ April time I think and I'm looking for someone in a similar boat to buddy up with.

This site is so inspirational and is a brilliant tool in measuring weight loss as well as a good place to learn how to get it right and what works and plotting the journey.

The really major thing I've learnt, is to eat back all, if not most of the calories earnt during exercise, which took me a lot to get my head around. I'm a keen indoor rower (own a concept2) and I understand now, how my weight had been quite static for some time due to me 'being under' my calories.

Not in a rush to lose the weight but quite addicted to plotting my food and weighing myself daily and although very happy with how I am at the moment considering my age and having had 5 children, I'm still over weight and for health reasons, I would like to have a really healthy BMI and be at the weight I sat at during my 30's, which is 9 stone 10IB (i'm heavy boned).

Thanks for reading,
Debbie :)
