hello all, joined this sight to lose my last few lbs which are proving difficult to shift. Having quite easily lost 14lbs in a few months due to excessive gym going which i possibly overdid, i seem to have lost the drive to keep going and lose the last bit of weight. Hopefully this site will help :smile:

    Welcome! There is a balance to be met with regard to training (cardio or str). If you are overdoing it, it can be difficult to stay motivated. I know that's how it works for me.

    If you are adding calorie tracking to your already active regime, you're sure to have some results. Good luck!
