Finished Chalean Extreme

I finished the last workout of the Lean Phase of Chalean Extreme today!!!!!!! I am SOOOOOO much stronger than I was 3 months ago. I did not have great results weight wise because I am pretty much in maintenance right now. Had I eaten really clean like we all should be I would have seen a leaner me. I still reaped the benefits of the program and loved everything but the cardio portions. I substituted a lot of the cardio with either the dreadmill or Turbo Fire workouts. Now on to the Chalean Extreme/Turbo Fire hybrid (after vacation next week). My plans are to revamp my eating plan and hit it hard again. I am so close to the body I want....do I settle or keep pushing??? I think "keep pushing"! Thanks for all the support of my MFP pals when I was tired and down and didn't want to push on. You guys are what keeps me accountable and keeps me coming back.

    Congrats!! So glad you are so close. You can do it!! This is a great place, isn't it? Have fun at the beach, have a margarita for me!:drinker:

    Keep pushing girl! My CLX results are in my signature, but I'm not done yet either!! Still working on creating my dream body. And it's not easy once you're so close to goal weight. At that point just focus more on muscle tone & definition and how your clothes are fitting and how your body looks versus the scale. You'r rocking it girl, AMAZING!!!!!!

    That's awesome! I'm starting week 2 of PUSH tomorrow. I'm REALLY feeling it in these exercises, and seeing it in some places physically (I think I see a little tricep shadow action going on!!!).

    Way to go finishing it off! Have a wonderful vacation!
